The quality of woven bags mainly depends on their tensile strength and thickness. In simple terms, it refers to the material and weight of the woven bag. The material determines the tensile strength and toughness of the bag, while the weight determines the thickness and density of the bag. The shapes of woven bags produced by various factories may look similar, but their qualities vary greatly. This is mainly due to the amount of masterbatch added. The more masterbatch is added, the lower the tensile strength of the bag becomes. This is why when comparing the products of different factories, the pulling method is generally used. Generally, bags that are not easily torn are better.
1.Material
The woven bags are made from PP polypropylene particles. They are generally divided into new material and recycled material. As the name suggests, the tensile strength and transparency of new material woven bags are much better than those of recycled material. The appearance of new material woven bags is usually transparent, very white and bright, semi-transparent, etc. Their toughness and tensile strength are all very good. Recycled material woven bags are also measured in terms of the degree of recycling of the recycled material and the amount of masterbatch added. Generally speaking, by color, the tensile strength is white > yellow > green > gray. Of course, this is not the final word. For example, yellow woven bags are divided into bright yellow, ordinary yellow, secondary yellow, etc., and the material quality also varies greatly. For the same color, there are also some patterns. For example, transparent > semi-transparent > bright white > ordinary white > foggy white > secondary white. For yellow, it is bright yellow > yellow > ordinary yellow > secondary yellow.
2. Gram weight
The quality of woven bags is closely related to the weight per square meter. Generally speaking, the higher the weight per square meter, the thicker the bag and the better the quality. The square weight directly determines the thickness of the woven bag. The calculation formula is as follows: the weight of a single bag = length * width * 2 * square weight.
