Grain Bulk Bag

Grain Bulk Bag

Details
Grain Bulk Bag effectively solves the cumbersome‑handling challenges associated with large‑volume grain shipments. Designed for high‑capacity loading, it accommodates mechanical operations, reduces extensive manual bag‑sealing and handling work, and speeds up shipment turnover. Featuring robust bag construction and stable lifting‑loop strength, it resists rupture during transit and minimizes grain loss. When paired with inner liners, it blocks moisture and prevents grain from becoming damp and developing mildew.
Neat stacking improves warehouse storage capacity. It can be reused multiple times to reduce packaging‑material consumption. Suitable for grain procurement warehousing, in‑warehouse storage, and long‑distance outbound transportation, it delivers higher operational efficiency for grain‑processing enterprises.

Products Description

Grain Bulk Bag is a dedicated flexible packaging solution for bulk grain, used for storing and transporting rice, sorghum, mixed grains, and other agricultural products. Made from heavy‑duty PP woven fabric with reinforced stitching, it offers excellent tear resistance. Lifting loops integrated into the bag body enable direct operation by forklifts and cranes. Some variants are equipped with inner liners for moisture and dust resistance to preserve grain quality. With a loading range of 0.8‑1.2 tons, it eliminates the need for numerous small sacks and directly completes filling, stacking, and transportation. It is widely used at grain purchasing stations, grain‑oil processing plants, and agricultural‑commodity trading markets. Empty bags can be folded for compact storage. Balancing practicality and cost‑effectiveness, it is the preferred packaging for bulk‑grain distribution and transportation.

Product Structure

Grain Bulk Bag

Bag Body Main Section

Assembled and sewn from multi‑layer high‑strength flexible substrates, it serves as the core structural component that bears the full weight of bulk grain.

Lifting Assembly

Specially reinforced lifting points evenly distributed on the top of the bag. They connect to lifting equipment to enable stable hoisting of fully‑loaded bags.

Inlet Structure

An extended sealed filling spout located on the top of the bag. It connects to filling equipment for leak‑free bulk‑grain loading.

Discharge Structure

A quick‑open sealed discharge spout fitted at the bag bottom. It supports fast opening and closing for low‑residue grain discharging.

Bottom Reinforced Base

A double‑layer heavy‑duty reinforcing structure at the bag bottom. It disperses impact forces when loaded bags land and prevents accidental bottom rupture and grain leakage.

Manufacturing Technologies

01.

Substrate Drawing Process

Modified flexible‑material drawing technology produces fabric filaments of uniform thickness with excellent overall tensile performance.

02.

Reinforced Stitching Process

Multi‑layer cross‑reinforced stitching is applied to all joining seams and lifting‑point connections to prevent stitch separation and breakage at high‑stress zones.

03.

Lamination Protection Process

Special heavy‑duty lamination treatment is applied to the inner and outer bag surfaces, greatly enhancing protection against water penetration and dust intrusion.

04.

Heat‑Sealed Edge‑Closing Process

High‑temperature heat‑sealed finishing for all joining edges prevents grain from leaking out through stitching gaps.

Application Scope

01

Grain Depot Storage

Used for temporary turnover storage of bulk grain in large‑scale grain depots. It replaces conventional small‑packaging solutions and greatly improves operating efficiency.

02

Grain Transit

Suitable for long‑haul bulk‑grain transportation by road and rail, effectively reducing grain spillage and loss during transit.

03

Grain‑Oil Processing

Used for the transfer of raw materials and finished goods inside grain‑oil processing plants, perfectly matching continuous automated workshop workflows.

Precautions

Keep away from sharp hard objects and exposed burrs during use to avoid tearing and grain leakage caused by punctures.

Do not overfill beyond the practical loading capacity, as over‑stress during hoisting or stacking may cause bag rupture.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure for outdoor use; UV radiation accelerates substrate aging and performance degradation.

Never drag fully‑loaded bags across the ground. Repeated friction may wear through the bag bottom and create leak holes.

During use and storage, keep bags away from open flames and high‑heat sources to prevent melting and heat‑induced damage.

FAQ

Q: Can Grain Bulk Bag store grain outdoors?

A: Long‑term outdoor placement is not recommended. Sunlight and rain will degrade the bag and may allow moisture to penetrate the grain. Indoor storage is preferred.

Q: Is handling difficult after grain is filled into Grain Bulk Bag?

A: It can be handled conveniently with forklift hoisting. Heavy manual carrying of individual small sacks is avoided, making large‑batch transfer much easier.

Q: Is stacking safe for fully‑loaded Grain Bulk Bag filled with grain?

A: Stacking remains secure when placed on flat, solid ground with proper stacking methods. Avoid tilted stacking, which may shift stress distribution. Do not stack excessively high to prevent tipping. Keep the ground dry to protect bag integrity for short‑term warehouse storage.
