FIBC Jumbo Bags, also known as flexible ton bags or soft container bags, are large-capacity soft packaging products made primarily from flexible woven materials such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) through cutting and sewing. Unlike rigid packaging, they are foldable and lightweight, allowing them to adapt flexibly to the shape of the materials being stored.
These bags are mainly used for the containerized transportation and storage of loose materials, including granular, powdered, and block-form substances. They are widely employed in industries such as chemicals, grains, and mining. A single bag can typically bear a load of 500 kg to 2000 kg, making them an efficient bulk packaging solution in modern logistics.

Flexibility and Portability

When empty, the bags can be folded to 1/20 of their original volume. A single empty bag weighs only 1.5–3 kg (depending on the load-bearing specification). Compared to rigid packaging (e.g., iron drums), transporting empty bags saves more than 90% of storage space. A single shipment can carry 500–1,000 empty bags, significantly reducing transportation costs.

High-Strength Load-Bearing Capacity

After tensile strength testing, conventional 1,000 kg-capacity FIBC Jumbo Bags exhibit an anti-tensile strength of 2,200–2,800 N in both warp and weft directions. The breaking strength of the lifting slings exceeds 3,500 N. In static load tests, when the bag carries 1.2 times the rated weight (1,200 kg), the bag body shows no significant deformation, and the bottom remains intact without cracking.

Waterproof and Breathable Options

Models with PE inner liners provide excellent waterproofing. When stored for 72 hours in an environment of 85% relative humidity and 25°C, the moisture content of the contents changes by less than 0.5%, making them ideal for moisture-sensitive materials such as chemical powders and electronic components.
