A grab ton bag (also known as single-ring ton bag or single-ring bag FIBC) is an improved version of the traditional four-hung-ring ton bag. Its core feature is to integrate the top straps into a single ring-shaped handle / single ring, making it easy for the ship crane / crane to "grab" it with one hand, significantly improving the loading and unloading efficiency.
Core structure and materials
Single-ring strap design: The four top straps are combined into a single large ring, which can be directly hooked by a hook without aligning with the four corners;
the bag body is mostly cylindrical / square-shaped, equipped with a discharge opening, and some straps have anti-deformation covers;
the material is mainly polypropylene (PP) woven fabric, with PE inner membrane for moisture-proof / leak-proof;
the standard load capacity is 1 ton, 1.5 tons, and 2 tons, with a safety factor of ≥ 5:1.
Optional configurations: Inner liner (food grade / chemical grade), leak-proof bottom, anti-static, flame retardant, UV anti-aging coating, printing Logo / label
Advantages and Application Scenarios
High efficiency: Single hook quick attachment and disassembly, suitable for rapid lifting on bulk cargo ships, trains, and warehouses, allowing for multiple bags to be hung together; reduces the time for manual alignment
Cost advantage: The material used for the sling and the sewing process are less than those of four lifting rings, resulting in more affordable prices
High versatility: Compatible with powdered / granular / block-shaped materials, such as cement, mineral sand, grains, chemical raw materials, bridge preloading counterweights, construction waste, etc.; suitable for operations without forklifts and mainly using ship cranes
Disadvantages: The single ring bears concentrated force, and high strength is required for the sling stitching; it is not suitable for side/hanging methods, but only for top hanging.

Confirm the load capacity, volume, and material characteristics (whether moisture-proof / anti-static / resistant to acids and alkalis)
Request a tensile test report, safety factor, and inner membrane thickness parameters
Clarify the lifting method (only top hanging), to avoid misuse of side hanging causing damage
Export must comply with UN packaging certification (dangerous goods), EU REACH, and US FDA (food contact)
