Lithium‑iron‑phosphate (LFP) is ultra‑fine cathode powder for lithium‑ion batteries. It brings big packaging challenges: static‑electric hazard, moisture absorption, powder leakage and strict impurity‑control requirements. Ordinary PP bulk bags or Type A/B anti‑static FIBC cannot meet production and overseas shipping demands.
Our Type‑C conductive FIBC is specially engineered for LFP and other battery‑grade powders. It combines grounded conductive outer bag and 4‑ply aluminum foil barrier inner liner, for safety, moisture‑proofing, dust‑tight performance and high cleanliness.
Main Construction
Outer bag: Type‑C conductive PP woven fabric per IEC 61340‑4‑4, conductive lifting loops with ground tab. Safety factor 5:1 or 6:1, dust‑proof sewing to stop micro‑powder leaking. Ground connection is mandatory during fill & discharge for static dissipation.
Inner liner: PET/AL/PA/CPE multi‑layer aluminum foil composite liner, excellent barrier against moisture and oxygen. Vacuum or nitrogen‑sealing available. Produced under clean‑grade environment to avoid fiber or metallic contamination for battery materials.
Structure: Top fill spout + bottom discharge spout for automatic filling & un‑bagging. 4‑loop lifting design. Typical load 400‑800 kg, custom dimension available according to bulk density.
