TYPE-C Container Bag

The anti-static ton bag is made of polyethylene through processes such as drawing, weaving, sewing or coating. Its loading weight is generally between 25 and 50 kg. Due to its excellent tensile strength, the anti-static container bag is processed well, and it is inexpensive, convenient for transportation, with a loading capacity ranging from 0.5 to 3 tons, a volume ranging from 500 to 2300 liters, and the safety factor (SF) can be designed as 3:1, 5:1, or 6:1 according to the user's needs. According to the contents of the goods, it is divided into two categories: bulk cargo container bags and small packaging cargo container bags. They are suitable for one-time use and repeated use.

The TYPE-C type flexible bulk bag is also known as the conductive flexible bulk bag or the grounded flexible bulk bag. Initially, it was woven from completely conductive materials. Nowadays, the grounded C-type flexible bulk bag is more often made by interweaving conductive blended fabric into non-conductive polypropylene fabric, usually in a grid pattern. This conductive woven fabric must be internally connected, and when using the TYPE-C type flexible bulk bag, the black conductive film on the bag body must be connected to the ground to conduct electricity through grounding, effectively removing the static electricity generated during loading and unloading, and preventing dangerous situations such as combustion and explosion.
