Standard industrial-grade Coated PP Bags adopt high-temperature integrated molding for substrate and coating, rather than simple surface film pasting or superficial spraying. Most budget film-laminated bags rely on cold lamination, glue adhesion or superficial spraying. The film merely sits on the woven bag surface without molecular bonding to the polypropylene fibers. When subjected to tensile deformation, folding compression or ground abrasion, the film easily separates from the base fabric, causing curled edges, large-scale shedding and localized peeling. During production of standard Coated PP Bags, hot-melt lamination technology allows coating raw materials to penetrate into the micro-gaps between woven fibers. After cooling and curing, the coating forms an inseparable unified structure with the polypropylene woven layer, meaning the protective film and bag body act as one component rather than a loosely attached outer layer. The greatest advantage of this integrated construction is superior bonding strength and deformation resistance; no separation or cracking occurs regardless of how the bag is stretched, folded or twisted.
Bulk bag operating conditions in factory environments are complex and repetitive: manual lifting post-filling, forklift haulage, ground dragging, truck stacking, multi-layer compressive loading, pulling during discharge, folding storage and repeated circulation create constant tension, friction and physical deformation. Conventional film-laminated bags quickly develop film loss and damage under such heavy recurring use. Localized damage may only appear under abnormal misuse: extreme violent tearing, intentional scratching with sharp rigid objects or heavy impact against sharp edges and corners. Standard industrial loading, unloading, handling, circulation and stacking operations will never damage the coating. Their durability, structural stability and reusability are vastly improved, making them perfectly suited for daily high-volume, cyclic bulk material handling at industrial sites.
