The production process of the bridge beam preloading ton bags mainly includes the following steps.

In terms of raw material selection, polypropylene (PP) resin is mostly used. It is required to have good strength and toughness to ensure that the ton bags can withstand heavy loads.

During the mixing stage, the raw materials are mixed evenly with necessary additives such as anti-aging agents and anti-static agents to improve the performance of the ton bags.

The drawing process is crucial. After the mixed raw materials are heated and melted, they are extruded into filaments through an extruder. Then, they undergo cooling, stretching, and shaping processes to form high-strength flat filaments.

During the weaving process, the flat filaments are woven into cylindrical base fabrics using a circular loom. The weaving density and uniformity must be ensured to meet the design strength standards.

In the cutting stage, the base fabric is cut into the appropriate shape and size according to the design dimensions.

During the sewing process, the cut base fabric is sewn into ton bags using an industrial sewing machine. The needle spacing, thread strength, etc. all have strict requirements to ensure the overall firmness. Finally, after quality inspection, the qualified products can be shipped.
