Soft Tray Care

Soft trays should be cleaned promptly after use. Use warm water (40-50°C) and a neutral detergent to avoid scratching. Oil stains can be cleaned with baking soda. Disinfection methods vary by material: Silicone/TPE can be scalded with 75% alcohol or boiling water for 3-5 minutes. PVC is recommended to be wiped with a diluted chlorine-containing disinfectant (1:100 ratio), left to stand for 5 minutes, and then rinsed. Store soft trays flat or hung to avoid folding and deformation. (Silicone trays may develop permanent creases if folded for more than 6 months). The recommended ambient temperature is -20°C to 60°C, with a humidity below 60%. Regularly inspect for stickiness, whitening, or odors. These can be treated with white vinegar or lemon water. The average service life is 2-3 years (if used ≤ 2 times daily). Replace if cracks or deformation occur. For high-end applications, apply food-grade mineral oil (such as Vaseline) monthly for maintenance, or use a UV sterilizer (253.7nm wavelength, 30 minutes, 99.9% sterilization rate).
