1. Polyethylene (PE) Pallets: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for humid environments, but with a lower load capacity (generally ≤ 500kg).
2. Polypropylene (PP) Pallets: Highly impact-resistant, with a load capacity of up to 800kg, but prone to cracking at low temperatures.
3. Rubber Pallets: Non-slip and wear-resistant, suitable for heavy loads (up to 1 ton), but with a higher cost.
Usage Environment and Operating Specifications
1. Temperature Range: PE/PP pallets are suitable for temperatures between -20°C and 60°C; rubber pallets are suitable for temperatures between -40°C and 80°C.
2. Avoid sharp objects: Soft pallets are easily punctured by forklift tine; it is recommended to use pallet protectors.
3. Stacking Height: Empty pallets should not be stacked more than 10 layers (GB/T 2934-2022). Stacking is prohibited when fully loaded.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Cleaning Method: Wipe with a neutral detergent. Avoid strong acids or alkalis (e.g., 84 disinfectant, which can corrode PE).
2. Storage Requirements: Store flat in a dark place to prevent deformation. Rubber pallets should be kept away from ozone sources (such as near motors).
Safety Precautions
1. Transport Securing: Cargo must be secured with stretch film, with an offset of ≤ 5cm to prevent tipping.
2. Regular Inspection: Replace immediately if cracks, deformation, or aging are detected (over 3 years old).
