Performance inspection method: For the ton bags used as packaging for export goods, the following tests must be conducted: top lifting test, tipping test, vertical impact and drop test from a vertical position, upright position test, tear propagation test, etc. The handle-ton bags only need to undergo vertical impact drop test, tipping test and base cloth test.
① Tipping test: Pull down a 0.8m height drop frame, lift one end of the movable board, and let the sample bag fall onto the ground.
② Upright position test: Lift a single or double belt (if there are four lifting belts) close to the ground, so that the bag body is off the ground.
③ Vertical impact drop test: Free fall from a height of 0.8m.
④ Upright position test: Lift a single or double belt (if there are four lifting belts) close to the ground, so that the bag body is off the ground for the test. All tests must ensure that the bag body and the lifting belt-ton bag are undamaged, and the contents are not spilled.
⑤ Tear propagation test: Make a long cut of 100mm on the bag body at an angle of 45 degrees to the vertical line, lift the bag off the ground, apply a load of twice the original weight, and maintain for 5 minutes. The propagation length of the cut should not exceed 25% of the original cut length.
