Also known as double-layer bottom ton bags, these large-capacity packaging products are an upgrade from traditional single-layer bottom fabric container bags. Designed to meet enhanced load-bearing and leak-prevention requirements at the base, they are primarily constructed from polypropylene (PP) woven fabric with a double-layer fabric overlapping sewing process at the bottom. The bag body retains its conventional structure, allowing it to accommodate block, granular, and powdered materials.
The reinforced double-layer bottom fabric design addresses issues of wear and rupture commonly seen in traditional container bags during loading and transportation, making them suitable for a wide range of handling scenarios.

Superior Load-Bearing and Durability
