This Anti-static FIBC Bag combines the dual advantages of “anti-static” and “flexibility,” while offering large-capacity loading capabilities. It provides a safe and convenient packaging solution for various electrostatic-sensitive goods.
Material-wise, the bag body is constructed from high-strength flexible polypropylene woven fabric, incorporating specially formulated anti-static fibers (such as carbon fiber and conductive filaments) to form a uniform conductive network. This material retains the flexibility of traditional flexible bulk bags, accommodating minor deformations in different loading spaces, while delivering stable anti-static performance. It effectively dissipates or channels static electricity generated during cargo handling and storage, preventing safety hazards caused by static buildup.

Design Advantages
Highly Efficient and Stable Static Discharge
The conductive network formed by anti-static fibers within the Anti-static FIBC Bags rapidly dissipates static electricity generated by friction between the cargo and the bag body. This discharge occurs through conductive lifting rings on both sides of the bag or conductive grounding clips at the bottom, directing static to the ground or grounding devices and preventing its accumulation inside the bag.
Long-lasting Antistatic Performance
Unlike some bulk bags treated with temporary antistatic sprays, this product incorporates antistatic fibers into the base material. This ensures the antistatic properties last the entire lifespan of the bag. Even after repeated loading, unloading, handling, and washing (for select washable models), stable antistatic effectiveness is maintained.
Flexible structure adapts to diverse cargo
The flexible bag material conforms closely to cargo shapes, making it particularly suitable for loading static-sensitive goods like granular, powdered, or irregularly shaped items. This minimizes friction static generated by cargo movement within the bag while preventing compression or impact damage to precision goods that rigid packaging might cause.
